Long Term Trauma develops when the body’s hormonal and neurological memories of traumatic events have not been processed and they remain in the body where they block the body from functioning at its maximum efficiency and develop into symptoms.
These are some of the many symptoms of Long Term Trauma: panic attacks, lethargy, fatigue, insomnia, sadness, depression, anxiety, confusion, irritability, eating disorders, rage, fears, feeling numb, overworking, nightmares, loneliness, alcohol and drug addiction, and many other kinds of physical, psychological and emotional ailments.
To overcome these symptoms requires the person learns for themselves, how to connect to their inner body, particularly their nervous system and assist their body to release and discharge stuck and frozen traumatic energy that was not discharged in the past. I like to say that it is like becoming friends with your nervous system!
Because the process is not always simple assistance is required.

Long term traumas require time to untangle themselves from the nervous system, therefore a series of sessions is recommended.

The process of overcoming Long-Term Trauma is unique for each person. It depends upon how much time has passed since the initial traumatic event happened, and how many other traumatic events are piled on top.
The way to start is by building the healing vibration in your body. I use the Energy Ball because it is quick and potent, especially once you become used to its effect on your body. These body sensations then become a healthy example for your nervous system and build confidence!
Once you are stronger then is time to untwist and clear out the nervous system. This is different for each person and requires tracking the nervous system and helping it discharge.
