Private Attunement Classes
These classes are an opportunity to access your Magic, stimulate your inner healing power, and improve your life quality spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically.
During the lessons you will learn how to send light energy through your hands and enliven each part of your body. We begin with nurturing our nerves and hormones to support self-regulation. Then we move onto nurturing our digestive system and emotional, spiritual heart to build strength and assurance.
The most important part of learning Attunement is to think like a “Being of Light”; to see the world from the point of view of Light Energy.
