Having practiced Attunement for 40 years and taught it for 20, I found what Jeff did with the Energy Ball brilliant! He makes Attunement so much more accessible, even bringing a dimension of physicality and fun to it. He describes with wonderful care and detail how to create and use the Energy Ball, from adjusting personal energy to spreading world peace. The personal stories are powerful and endearing. His description of opening to higher dimensions and spiritual sight shows a path from the simple to the profound.

As Elizabeth mentioned I am reading/working though Jeff's excellent book. Haven't got far yet but I'd already recommend it to anyone - or everyone! We began with the "Waterfall of Light" exercise to bless and replenish us and our virtual sanctuary. During the gathering, the atmosphere we shared was thick - rich and deep. Also, with some of the "cases" we worked, we used the energy ball impregnated with blessings in radiating the healing current, which seemed to further deepen and enrich the process and the atmosphere. What a blessing it is to participate in the process of blessing!
