Participants are invited to touch into their Joy for life and into what needs to be forgiven, for oneself and for the larger world. We use the Energy Ball individually and collectively to strengthen and spread the vibration of forgiveness.

- Energy Ball: lesson and Introduction
- Becoming acquainted: in couples done several times
- Groups of four
