• Connect: Reflect on the uniqueness of the Middle East; view maps and joyful images of its people.
• Create an Energy Ball: Bring your hands together and breathe Life Energy into the space between them.
• Offer a Blessing:
  “Thank you, Creator, for the Breath of Life. May this Sacred Nourishment fill me so I can radiate Healing Light to the Middle East.”
• Radiate Peace: Surround the map or images with your Energy Ball. Visualize calm, light, and love flowing to all beings in the region.
• Receive & Cleanse: Feel the Light Energy flowing through you, nurturing every cell, and radiating through your hands to the Earth.
• Closing Blessing:
  “Thank you, Creator, for this opportunity to send Light. May all remember the way of Peace and return to their true Spiritual Home.”
