About the Workshop:
This experiential workshop combines the Wellness Tools of EmotionAid™, Somatic Experiencing®and Attunement with Yoga Asanas and Visualization.
It is an opportunity to deepen your connection to your body’s sensations and to release your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual burdens.
What will take place in the workshop:
Guided mediation into discovering the inner body sensations
Yoga stretches that help relax the body and help connect to the emotional brain
Learning how to create an Energy Ball and what to do with it in daily life
Resource strengthening activity
Learning about the felt sense and how to use it to release tension from your nervous system.
Who is this workshop for?
Dana Ruth is a certified yoga teacher from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health Center since 2000, and was a dancer/choreographer. She is the owner of Studio Avigal, where she offers weekly classes. Dana transmits the ageless wisdom of yoga based on the universal principles for human and spiritual growth, self-observation and conscious living.
Jeffrey Goldstein is a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (trauma releasing therapy) and an Attunement Therapist (Energy Healing), he has over 40 years of experience and practices in Israel, Switzerland and remotely. Jeffrey is active in the Spiritual Peace movement and is the author of the Guidebook "Energy Ball for Peace Ceremony ~ Personal Health and Global Blessing".
