Letter of Invite for Jeffrey's upcoming Attunement Journey to North America and Switzerland
​in the late Winter and Spring of 2026

Lovers of Attunement,
I'm excited to share with you that I am off on an Attunement journey/ adventure to North America in the late winter and spring of 2026. 
The purpose of my journey is to stimulate Attunement in all its aspects and to share techniques that help us to stay in Attunement with Life.
My hope is that I will leave behind me Attunement Circles, where people gather and share Attunement together, supporting each other and strengthening the local Attunement community.
The ways that I will be stimulating Attunement range from short 1–2-hour experiences with Energy Ball activities to a longer two-day class, focused on a specific system or area of the body. During these classes students give and receive two sessions a day: resulting in a much stronger and more resilient physical, mental, emotional and spiritual capacity.
If you have studied Attunement before, this can be an excellent opportunity for you to go deeper, and to clarify the technique while experiencing being in Attunement with others. If you are new to Attunement, you will get acquaintance with a magical technique for self regulation and harmony - welcome to the world of Attunement! 
The events will take place in homes, libraries, community centers, churches and other venues. If you have any ideas or suggestions, I would be very happy to receive them.
My trip will begin on February 18th and conclude on May 12th.
These are the places that I plan to visit. Exact dates will be forthcoming: Los Angeles, Vancouver, Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Colorado: Durango, Fort Collins and Estavayer, Switzerland.

* Attunement Circles: (can include a social time, shared meal and an Attunement Review class.) Will be held in each location.
* Attunement Class: Level 1: Nervous and Endocrine Systems: Southern California: Feb. 21-22. Vancouver: March 7-8: Switzerland: May 9-10  
* Attunement Class: Level 3: Heart: Vancouver February 28- March 1
* Attunement Class: Level 4: Head: Switzerland: May 2-3
* Group Attunement Walk in nature: Vancouver,  
* Attunement Peace Vigil: (can also include Story Telling.) Will be held in each location.
* Safe Peace Conversation in Public: Los Angeles and Durango
* Emotional Wellness: (EmotionAid plus the Energy Ball) 
* Parenting and Emotional Wellness: Switzerland April 30 and May 7. 
* Private Sessions: Combination of Attunement and Somatic Experiencing® (trauma releasing techniques) Offered in each location and on Zoom.

Jeffrey Goldstein is the initiator of the Attunement Summit project; the Attunement Peace Vigil calls, and co-initiator of the Safe Peace Zoom calls. 
He has written two books: Energy Ball for Peace Ceremony and Energy Ball for Health and Spiritual Growth; both available on Amazon.
He initiated and organized Jerusalem Celebration of Light for 12 years. It was a gathering that helped to bring some energetic balance to this high conflict area. 
He lives in Jerusalem, Israel with his wife Leah and two daughters. Jeffrey teaches and practices Attunement in Israel, Switzerland and North America.
